1. What Humanolab is

Humanolab is a wellness app with an AI coach. It helps with how you eat, sleep and move through a daily score, a plan built on real foods, meal logging, medication and supplement reminders, lab reading and a biological age estimate.

2. Not a medical device

Humanolab is not a medical device. It does not diagnose and does not replace your doctor. It does not give medical advice. Make any health decision, including any decision about medication, with a professional.

If you have an emergency, call your local emergency number. Don't use Humanolab for urgent situations.

3. AI coach

Coach answers, meal estimates and lab reading are generated by AI and can be wrong. They are general guidance, not medical advice. Check important information before acting on it.

4. Estimates

Biological age and pace of aging are educational estimates based on published studies and your records. They are not a diagnosis and don't account for health conditions you haven't logged. The daily score and meal ratings are also approximations.

5. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for what you log and for keeping your account and device secure.

6. Subscriptions

• Humanolab offers a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription and, when available, a one-time lifetime purchase. The price in your currency is shown in the App Store before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a plan includes a free trial, the subscription is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. If you buy during the trial, any unused part of it is forfeited.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• You can restore purchases from the plans screen in the app.

7. Your data

The data you log is yours. You decide which sources to connect and whether to turn on AI and analytics. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't use Humanolab for illegal purposes or to harm others.
• Don't try to access systems, accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Don't copy, modify or distribute the app or its content without permission.
• Don't scrape or extract data from the service automatically.

9. Intellectual property

Humanolab, its brand, design, software and content belong to Sanisimo Inc or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited and revocable license to use the app.

10. Liability

We provide the service with care, but it is offered "as is". To the extent the law allows, Sanisimo Inc is not liable for health decisions made without consulting a professional, for the accuracy of data from third-party devices, or for service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under your country's consumer protection law.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Humanolab and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. We will first try to resolve any dispute directly; otherwise it will go to the competent courts of Bogotá, without prejudice to your rights under your country's consumer protection law.
